Senior Business Analyst

In Poland, Shiji Group focuses on the development of the Shiji Enterprise Platform, a comprehensive management platform for hotels. The independent data processing platform integrates, collects, harmonizes, and analyzes different data sources to provide a holistic data perspective for Shiji Customers within the hospitality industry.

• Previous working experience as an IT Business Analyst for 4 years
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields
• Knowledge of BPMN or UML for process modeling
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST API
• Database understanding with SQL skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Previous experience working in Scrum team
• Creative thinker
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English

• Performing business-system oriented requirements analysis and communicating the results
• Documenting business requirements and end-to-end processes with attention to impacted system areas
• Gathering critical information from stakeholder meetings and producing reports
• Facilitating communication between business and technical teams for common understanding of solutions
• Working closely with Product Owner to maintain quality of tasks according to standards
• Cooperating with other teams to deliver distributed functionality
• Helping ensure the team has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on
• Identifying potential system improvements and optimizations
• Analyzing requirements and supporting the solutioning phase
• Verifying dependencies and impacts, decomposing scope into smaller parts
• Working closely within the team to establish requirements analysis standards
• Training and developing own skills to provide high quality work for the organization
