Wymagania
- Experience as a product leader with Finance forecasting or planning expertise.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Solid understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, GenAI and agentic AI.
- Confident stakeholder leadership and pragmatic decision-making.
- Comfortable navigating complexity, engaging senior stakeholders, and making pragmatic decisions that accelerate value while supporting sustainable delivery and long-term product evolution.
Obowiązki
- Translate strategic priorities into a clear product roadmap and backlog.
- Enable a multidisciplinary squad to deliver valuable, scalable AI capabilities.
- Bring together Finance, technology, data and AI teams; manage dependencies.
- Balance global solutions with local business needs.
- Align stakeholders across Finance AI, Finance ERP, and IT partners.
- Manage product budgets and connect investment decisions with business value.
