Senior QA Automation Engineer

LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group operates in the iGaming industry with a team of over 2000 employees across 19 offices worldwide. The position is with the Core Experience NL Team, focused on enhancing global customer onboarding and responsible gaming features.

• Deep knowledge of testing theory, design techniques, methodologies, and the testing pyramid
• Hands-on web E2E test automation experience with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript
• Hands-on native mobile E2E test automation experience with Appium and WebdriverIO using TypeScript or JavaScript
• Ability to design and execute full-stack test plans and manual testing for web and native mobile applications
• Solid grounding in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps methodologies

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification (Foundation Level or higher)
• Experience with test management tools like TestRail
• Experience maintaining automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with microservice architectures utilizing Java, Kotlin, Kafka, MySQL, REST APIs, and BigQuery
• Experience building automated API tests and working with mock data or virtualization tools
• Prior experience in the iGaming industry
• Leadership experience in driving test strategies and QA projects

• Drive high-impact outcomes by leading complex projects and resolving critical issues affecting business quality and performance
• Mentor and provide constructive technical feedback to elevate engineering quality across the company
• Shape testing strategy and architecture ensuring reliability and alignment with business priorities
• Communicate risks, insights, and technical considerations to stakeholders
• Promote QA best practices across squads to improve testing for performance, scale, and security
