Measurement Implementation Expert, gTech Ads GCS (French, English)

gTech Ads is responsible for support and media and technical services for customers across Google's Ad products stack. The team provides services from self-help and in-product support to technical and measurement solutions for large customers, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams globally.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with marketing analytics, return on investment, and statistical analysis.
• Experience translating quantitative data into business insights.
• Fluent communication skills in English and French.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree.
• Certification in analytics and digital advertising measurement.
• 5 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
• Experience with SQL or scripting, building data models or analytic dashboards.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• Effective time-management skills in changing environments.

• Develop understanding of client Marketing Objectives and measurement objectives to provide optimal measurement strategies and define KPIs.
• Design and execute measurement studies such as Conversion Lift studies and MMM calibrations.
• Utilize measurement platforms (e.g., Ads, GeoX, CL platforms) to design studies, model results, and analyze ROI on media plans.
• Partner with Account Executives and Media Effectiveness representatives to interpret measurement results and identify opportunities to increase product adoption and investment.
