• 2+ years of Project Management experience in IT or Cybersecurity.
• Experience delivering complex technology projects in international environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including IAM (SSO, MFA, PAM), Cloud Security, Risk, Compliance & Governance, Zero Trust, and Vulnerability Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English proficiency level C1+.
• AI literacy and experience using AI tools to improve productivity.

Nice to have:

• PMI or PRINCE2 certification.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC certifications.
• Knowledge of SailPoint, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Consulting background.
• German, French, or Spanish language skills.

• Lead complex security initiatives for international clients.
• Manage project delivery from planning through execution.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries.
