Senior System Analyst

Our client is a leading financial institution focused on innovative credit solutions for corporate clients. The role involves contributing to the CLP workflow application, which supports banking experiences through digital transformation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis or related roles within banking or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of REST API, BPMN, UML, and SQL.
• Practical experience with system queue technologies like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Skilled with requirement modeling tools and testing methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Good command of Polish language and communicative level of English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ECM tools.
• Experience with Oracle SQL and GenAI applications.

• Design and model enterprise architecture diagrams (BPMN, UML) to articulate system workflows.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and test REST API ensuring robust system integrations.
• Configure and optimize system queueing mechanisms such as RabbitMQ and Kafka to support high-performance processes.
• Prepare test data and perform SQL queries across MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle SQL databases for system validation.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders in Agile teams to meet project milestones.
• Apply GenAI tools to enhance system analysis and problem-solving accuracy.
• Document system design, workflows, and technical solutions clearly for team understanding.
