Senior IT Project Manager – Banking and Financial Services

The role is for a Senior IT Project Manager working with a client that is a leader in online banking, focusing on projects at the intersection of IT and business within the digital financial services industry. The position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model.

• At least 6 years of experience managing projects at the intersection of IT and business.
• Proven track record delivering projects within the financial or banking sector.
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and executive management.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies with relevant certifications or postgraduate education.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and structured work approach.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, with experience working with English-language documentation and meetings.
• Good command of Polish.
• Eligibility: Must have legal right to work in the European Union.

• Manage complex IT and business projects in accordance with project management standards and best practices.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure timely execution of project activities.
• Manage project risks, changes, resources, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across project teams and stakeholders.
• Organize, lead, and moderate project status meetings.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, scope, and delivery milestones.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks, including under tight deadlines.
