Senior Network Security Control Specialist – Cybersecurity & Risk Management

This role is for a Krakow-based position at ITDS, working for a global leader in financial services focused on cybersecurity and safeguarding digital assets.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network security or related fields
• Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure hardening and security controls in large environments
• Hands-on experience securing DDI products, network encryption services, and network management solutions
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and best practices
• Ability to work with integrated on-premises and cloud network environments, including third-party SaaS
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISA
• Experience in product ownership or network security architecture roles

• Identify, analyze, and mitigate network threats and risks to improve security posture
• Support analysis of network and cybersecurity data, including system logs
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders to develop and enforce security policies and controls
• Maintain compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and internal policies
• Drive proactive improvements by assessing risks and implementing corrective actions
• Build strong relationships with internal and external cybersecurity partners
• Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate innovative cybersecurity solutions
