Outcome Customer Engineer, Google Cloud Platform Delivery, CEE (Multiple languages)

Google Cloud accelerates digital transformation by delivering enterprise-grade cloud solutions to customers worldwide. The role is within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) teams supporting customers in Central and Eastern Europe.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years experience with cloud native architecture in customer-facing or support roles.
• Experience with deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Polish, Romanian, or Czech.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience selling technical solutions in areas like Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, AI, Networking, Migrations, or Security.
• Experience with Google Cloud products and competitive differentiation.
• Experience working with product and capacity teams to resolve blockers.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python and Java.

• Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan involving customers, professional services, and partner teams.
• Onboard implementation teams, clear blockers, manage timelines and progress, and ensure readiness including capacity and training.
• Use coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment.
• Drive and track progress to move customers from agreement to consumption rapidly.
• Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads and drive sustainable product usage.
• Comply with company health and safety policies and legal requirements.
