Senior IT Analyst - Banking and Financial Services

This role is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model (1 day per week in the office). It involves working for a client in the banking and financial services industry, focusing on designing and validating complex integration processes to support modern banking operations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project roles, preferably in financial or insurance industries.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies (Web Services, Microservices, SOA).
• Higher education in IT or related fields.
• Proven skills in analyzing client needs and modeling IT systems.
• Proficiency in UML and modeling tools like Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, or similar CASE tools.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL.
• Familiarity with distributed IT system architecture.
• Excellent command of Polish (C2) and communicative English (B2/C1).
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and work effectively within a team.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Kibana and Grafana visualization tools.

• Validate internal client requirements, ensuring functional and non-functional aspects are met.
• Design integration processes using UML diagrams, including use case, sequence, activity, and component diagrams.
• Develop detailed integration designs utilizing tools such as Swagger.
• Collaborate closely with architects and developers to determine technical solutions.
• Coordinate technical and project dependencies with other IT teams within the bank.
• Conduct preliminary integration testing and analyze errors.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies to ensure agile project delivery.
