Delphi Developer – Insurance Technology

This is a Warszawa-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (up to 4 days remote per week) working for a client who is a leader in the insurance industry modernizing their core information systems.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Delphi development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL Developer, Git, Jenkins, and Jira.
• Proven experience working within Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) environments.
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical problems.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• Certifications or additional skills in Oracle or related technologies.
• Experience with modern software architecture practices.

• Design and architect new solutions within Oracle and Delphi-based information systems.
• Develop and implement efficient, sustainable, and high-quality code.
• Create detailed technical specifications and comprehensive design documentation.
• Produce thorough technical and administrative documentation for project continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure seamless project delivery using Agile (SCRUM) methodology.
• Conduct testing to verify functionality and system stability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during development and deployment phases.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conveying technical concepts and project updates.
