Project Manager / Transformation Manager (AI program)

The client emphasizes a Scandinavian work culture focused on work-life balance and feedback, with international teams working in English.

• Proven track record leading AI-driven application modernization programs (code conversion, automated refactoring, application remediation, enterprise-scale transformations)
• Extensive experience leading complex IT programs and transformation initiatives (minimum 5 years)
• Strong experience designing and managing governance frameworks across organizational levels
• Experience facilitating Steering Committees and working with senior leadership
• Ability to scope, govern, and drive delivery initiatives from planning through execution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent financial management and resource planning capabilities
• Strong analytical skills for transforming complex information into actionable insights
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Positive, proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong can-do attitude

• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Experience managing modernization, cloud transformation, or digital transformation programs
• Exposure to AI-enabled software engineering tools and modernization platforms

• Plan and manage delivery activities including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets, and financials
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure successful execution
• Promote and uphold strong project management discipline and delivery governance practices
• Coordinate across engineering teams, architects, SMEs, portfolio management, and business stakeholders for alignment
• Translate strategic goals into structured, executable delivery roadmaps
• Establish and facilitate governance structures including Steering Committee meetings with senior stakeholders
• Drive accountability, transparency, and effective communication across project participants
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and status updates

Location: Poland, hybrid work possible (2/3 days per week from the office in Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź)
