Senior Policy Specialist, gTech Ads Customer Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work flexible, non-standard hours aligned with customer requirements.
• Experience in online advertising customer-facing roles using Google Ads, Google Ads product suite, YouTube, or other online advertising systems.
• Experience using data insights to influence business decisions.
• Experience in project management including initiating workstreams, developing plans, and fostering cross-organization collaboration.
• Knowledge of policy or billing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Support updating and creation of repeatable solution content such as best practices, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code, ensuring effective documentation.
• Generate partner insights and participate in business reviews to formulate partner strategies with minimal guidance.
• Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
• Execute solutions based on defined user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements, with occasional peer support.
• Assist in identifying trends of solution issues and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate future risks with some guidance.
