Policy Specialist, gTech Ads Customer Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work flexible, non-standard hours according to customer requirements.
• Preferred: experience in online advertising using Google Ads, YouTube, or similar systems.
• Preferred: experience using data insights to influence business decisions.
• Preferred: experience in project management including initiating workstreams and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.
• Preferred: policy or billing knowledge.
• Preferred: excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Support updating and creating repeatable content such as best practices, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code, ensuring effective documentation of solutions.
• Generate partner insights and participate in business reviews to formulate partner strategies with minimal guidance.
• Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
• Execute solutions based on defined business objectives and technical requirements with occasional peer/community support.
• Identify trends of solution issues across users/partners/clients and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate future risks.
