CRM Manager - Senior

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior CRM Manager to join their Delivery team. The role involves ownership of the CRM ecosystem to drive adoption, optimization, and impact across multiple departments, supporting business growth through data usage.

• Analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience reviewing and improving business processes.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Hubspot (setup, automations, user support, system usage optimizations).
• Technical knowledge of pipelines, object data health, and configuration within CRM.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards, including SQL knowledge.

• CRM systems development experience in Hubspot.
• Experience with Pipedrive.
• Experience working in a CRM vendor company.
• People management experience.
• Experience in the iGaming industry.

• Manage and optimize CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights for business growth and cross-selling.
• Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations.
• Develop internal reporting capabilities to reduce reliance on external tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM usability and performance.
• Support and guide different CRM streams as the main point of contact for users.
