Information Security GRC Team Lead

The Information Security Department at LeoVegas is part of the Legal & Compliance team, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations, Incident response, and Security Awareness Training. LeoVegas Group operates in the iGaming industry with over 2000 employees across 19 offices worldwide.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Information Security with focus on GRC.
• Proven experience managing and leading security teams.
• Hands-on experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, vendor risk management, IT audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of information security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership, team development, mentorship, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2.

• Develop and implement the organization's GRC strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to security KPIs, objectives, and strategy development.
• Conduct security maturity and risk assessments.
• Detect security process gaps and recommend remediation.
• Assist in maintaining the Security Risk Register.
• Develop and maintain Information Security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Manage regulatory audits and relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in security certification projects.
• Manage vendor onboarding due diligence and supplier monitoring.
• Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Develop and implement security awareness and education programs.
• Provide leadership and direction to security team members and onboard new analysts.
• Guide internal stakeholders on security requirements and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to promote a security-first culture.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
