Senior Workforce Analytics Manager – Banking Technology

This role is for a client of ITDS, a leading global financial institution specializing in banking technology. It is based in Krakow with a hybrid work model.

• More than 7 years of experience in enterprise-scale analytics and insights development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills in complex organizations.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Google DataStudio, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of technology workforce management in banking or financial institutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working within HSBC or similar banking environments.

• Develop and deliver data-driven narratives for management and senior leadership.
• Support PBAM Operations Manager in workforce analytics to optimize location, shape, and size.
• Provide strategic workforce planning inputs aligned with bank-wide strategies.
• Visualize workforce trends, diversity, attrition, and contractor management using DataStudio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Drive operational efficiencies through data insights, coordinating with technical leads and operations.
• Act as SME within PBAM COO team for data frameworks, applications, and dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance workforce data quality and analytical capabilities.
• Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market conditions affecting workforce management.
