Project B2B: Business Continuity and Crisis Management Specialist

The position is for a client from the banking sector seeking an experienced Business Continuity & Crisis Management Specialist. The role supports Business Continuity and Crisis Management by designing and conducting exercises that test the organization's readiness to respond to crisis situations and operational disruptions. The project is long-term and based in multiple cities including Warszawa with a requirement to be in the office 3 days a week.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management, Operational Resilience, or related areas
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience designing and executing tests, exercises, or recovery plans
• Practical experience conducting tabletop and desktop exercises
• Experience in the financial sector (banking, insurance, or other financial organizations)
• Knowledge of standards, methodologies, and best practices related to Business Continuity and Crisis Management
• Ability to lead workshops and work with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Design and prepare scenarios for Business Continuity and Crisis Management tests
• Organize and conduct tabletop and desktop exercises
• Moderate workshops involving representatives from various business units and support functions
• Verify crisis plans and identify potential operational gaps
• Prepare training materials, participant instructions, and exercise documentation
• Coordinate post-test activities and monitor implementation of recommendations
• Report exercise results, observations, and recommendations to stakeholders and management
• Collaborate with teams responsible for Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience
