Projekt B2B: Application Management Services (AMS) / 2nd Line Support

Hays Contracting Services provides B2B cooperation focused on support and maintenance of business applications, primarily in the financial sector.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Application Support, Application Management, or Production Support
• Experience in application maintenance and incident handling
• Practical knowledge of Linux and Windows
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Oracle
• Experience with ticketing systems (preferably Jira)
• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes
• English language proficiency minimum B2
• Strong communication skills and experience cooperating with business teams
• Ability to independently analyze and solve problems
• Proactive and collaborative work approach
• Desire to develop skills in Application Support and application maintenance
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector
• Knowledge of Asseco DEV3000
• Experience with data warehouses
• Experience in large organizations and complex application environments

• Handling application support tickets at the 2nd Line Support level
• Analyzing and resolving incidents related to business applications
• Working with SQL and basic analysis of Oracle databases
• Analyzing errors, logs, and application data
• Collaborating with business users and technical teams
• Working in Linux and Windows environments
• Following Incident and Change Management processes
• Managing tickets in Jira
