Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years' experience in change delivery as a Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build effective working relationships
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
- Experience in process mapping
- Experience with Agile delivery, Scrum Ceremonies, Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Experience eliciting requirements through workshops and interviews
- Experience creating and managing Business Requirements Documents
- Experience creating and managing Requirements Traceability Matrices
- Solution design experience, including creation of Solution Design Documents and options papers
- Test support experience, particularly User Acceptance Testing
- Experience preparing and presenting at governance forums
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with drive to deliver successful change
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with the organisation
- Experience with data analysis and mapping data attributes to Business use cases
- Experience working within data controls such as Data Quality
- Experience working with Pega
Obowiązki
- Elicit business requirements through facilitation of workshops and interviews
- Identify and map data attributes to Business use cases
- Enable successful delivery of fit-for-purpose data to the Pega team
- Create and manage Business Requirements Documents and Requirements Traceability Matrices
- Support solution design activities, including creation of Solution Design Documents and options papers
- Conduct data analysis and work within data quality controls
- Support testing activities, particularly User Acceptance Testing
- Prepare and present materials for governance forums including Steering Committees and Sub Value Stream Reviews
- Facilitate Agile delivery through Scrum Ceremonies using Jira and Confluence
- Support Waterfall delivery methodologies where required
- Map business processes to support change delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Banking and Technology teams
