Senior Project Manager

The client operates in the banking industry. The role involves long-term cooperation with a hybrid work mode requiring presence in the Warsaw office twice a month.

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing projects at the IT-business interface, preferably in financial institutions.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies confirmed by certificates or postgraduate studies.
• Developed communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking.
• Organization, precision, and good work organization.
• Analytical skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and independently, even under time pressure.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment and responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Manage projects according to best practices and standards.
• Manage risks, changes, resources, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Manage project teams and coordinate their work.
• Ensure effective communication within the project team.
• Organize, conduct, and moderate project status meetings.
• Prepare presentations and status reports on project progress.
• Supervise project documentation and manage project quality.
• Create project documentation.

Work hybrid with two days per month onsite in Warsaw.
