Senior React Developer - Technical Leadership

Our client is an established organisation operating within the technology sector in Warsaw. The company maintains strong DevOps practices and prioritises code quality across all projects.

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in React.js fundamentals
• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit
• Proficiency with front-end build tools and pipelines, particularly Vite
• Practical experience managing containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift ECS
• Strong knowledge of relational database design and optimisation
• Proficiency with version control systems including Git, Bitbucket, and GitHub
• Experience with Agile and Scrum processes
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, LightSpeed, Harness)
• Strong understanding of code coverage, code reviews and quality tools like SonarQube
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders

• Lead and mentor a development team through technical challenges
• Build and maintain applications using React.js, including components, hooks and lifecycle methods
• Manage state using Redux Toolkit and similar libraries
• Oversee containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift ECS
• Design and optimise relational databases for application performance
• Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain quality using SonarQube
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and task estimation
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation
• Ensure code coverage standards are met across all projects

This is an onsite position in Warsaw. Contract type: 6-month contract.
