Senior Java Developer/Technical Lead

Our client is a leader in the financial services industry focused on transforming credit processes for corporate clients. The role involves enhancing a critical application that supports decision-making across banking, leasing, and factoring services using modern microservices architecture.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in back-end development, especially in Java.
• Deep expertise in RESTful API design and implementation.
• Practical knowledge of distributed system architecture and microservices design.
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems, particularly RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with AI tools integration into SDLC processes.
• Certifications in cloud or related technologies.

• Lead the design and development of scalable, event-driven microservices within the CLP credit workflow application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure the high-quality delivery of system features.
• Define, implement, and enforce standards for code quality, testing, and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide less experienced developers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST APIs and asynchronous messaging with RabbitMQ.
• Leverage domain-driven design (DDD) principles and incorporate AI tools for SDLC efficiency.
• Ensure the system’s architecture adheres to best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
