Senior PeopleSoft Supply Chain Business Analyst

As a Senior PeopleSoft Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will be working for a client that is a leader in supply chain management solutions. The role supports critical supply chain processes from inventory to manufacturing by enhancing PeopleSoft SCM modules.

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM modules.
• Expertise in Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing within PeopleSoft.
• Experience supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems, APIs, web services, or middleware.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Certifications or additional training related to PeopleSoft or supply chain systems.

• Gather and document business requirements for PeopleSoft SCM.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement elaboration.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories.
• Collaborate with development teams to define and implement solutions.
• Perform impact analysis and traceability throughout project phases.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage defect triage and validate resolutions.
• Assist with training, change management, and deployment planning.
