• Several years of experience in test automation
• Practical knowledge of Playwright
• Experience building or developing test frameworks
• Knowledge of API testing, databases, and CI/CD processes
• Ability to independently diagnose problems and propose effective solutions
• Experience in mentoring or supporting team members' development
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Ability to engage the team around new solutions and effectively implement changes
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong advantage

• Design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks based on Playwright
• Analyze current QA processes and identify areas for improvement
• Propose and implement solutions to increase testing efficiency and quality
• Develop and maintain test automation strategies
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams
• Mentor and support the QA team in test automation
• Promote and support good testing practices in the organization
• Test web, backend applications and API integrations
• Participate in quality issue analysis and define corrective actions
• Support the organization in improving quality process maturity
