• Experience in Dev / ITSec conducting penetration test projects
• Knowledge of security issues at the technical level
• Knowledge of solutions and recommendations to prevent or mitigate security vulnerabilities
• Knowledge of application security verification standards
• Deep understanding of IT systems including networking architecture, networking protocols, and operating systems
• Deep understanding of web applications from backend to frontend
• Deep understanding of OWASP Top10 concepts
• Familiarity with Red Team methodologies such as MITRE, Social engineering, OSINT
• Consulting and communication skills to provide technical security expertise understandable by non-technical audience
• Possession of OSCP, OSWE, GPEN certificate or similar

• Understanding of common attack paths and security weaknesses across web, mobile, infrastructure, and cloud environments with ability to translate findings into business-relevant risks and actionable remediation steps

• Guide a small team of professionals in delivering Attack & Penetration Testing projects
• Conduct application code reviews, social engineering, Red Team Assessments, Threat Modelling, and Security Architecture reviews
• Contribute technically to cybersecurity client projects and internal projects
• Perform hands-on testing, analysis, and reporting
