Scrum Master - Senior

The SOFTSWISS Casino Platform is the core infrastructure for online casino operators to launch, manage, and scale their businesses. It covers mission-critical systems including account management, game operations, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance.

• 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience with engineering teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.
• Experience with delivery metrics, capacity, predictability, and dependency management.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• English language proficiency at intermediate (B1) level.
• Russian language proficiency native level.

• Support multiple engineering teams and improve their delivery effectiveness.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams toward self-management.
• Improve predictability, capacity planning, and commitment quality.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
• Manage changing priorities while protecting team commitments.
• Use delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve end-to-end delivery processes.
