IT Governance Consultant - IT Governance Unit

This role is within the IT Governance team at T-Mobile Polska, involving close cooperation with senior leaders and supporting strategic IT governance initiatives, executive reporting, budgeting, and transformation projects related to T-Mobile Polska and Deutsche Telekom.

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, project coordination or executive support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Ability to turn complex information into clear summaries and recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Polish and English
• Experience working with senior stakeholders is an advantage

• Support preparation of management and board materials
• Assist in IT governance, budgeting and reporting activities
• Take part in transformation and organizational improvement projects
