Expert Dynamics 365 for Sales Technical Consultant

As an Expert Dynamics 365 for Sales Technical Consultant, you will work for a leading financial services organization focused on enhancing client relationships and operational efficiency. The role involves contributing to the design, development, and deployment of CRM solutions used across over 55 countries. The position is Kraków-based with a hybrid work model.

• At least 8+ years of comprehensive Dynamics 365 for Sales implementation experience with 4+ full lifecycle projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 for Sales online and CRM SDK.
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript with at least 3 years of Azure app development.
• Experience with Azure Functions, App Insights, and Azure Service Bus for system integration.
• Strong understanding of .NET 4.6.2 stack and TDD with automated testing.
• Familiarity with source control (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.

Nice to have:

• Experience with front-end technologies such as ReactJS, AngularJS, and HTML5.
• Knowledge of messaging platforms like MQ Series or Azure Service Bus.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience writing unit tests with NUnit, FakeXrmEasy, or Moq.

• Develop and review code, ensuring quality standards for CRM solutions.
• Conduct backlog grooming and prioritize sprint planning tasks.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation supporting system architecture.
• Participate actively in daily stand-ups, identifying and resolving roadblocks.
• Assist in production releases to ensure smooth deployment and system stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret requirements and customize CRM functionalities.
• Build solutions using Power Platform tools, including Canvas Apps and Pages.
• Programmatically interface with Dynamics CRM using the CRM SDK and integrate with other systems via Azure technologies.
