Senior Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join a development team building and supporting modern solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform with production-ready implementations
• Experience with Copilot Studio development
• Practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, integrations, and data modeling
• Strong understanding of Power Platform security, including authentication, role-based access control, DLP policies, and secure credential handling
• Knowledge of broader Microsoft ecosystem: Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Azure services
• Experience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, and APIs
• Practical knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes, especially Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Experience in Application Support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution, and collaboration with technical and business teams
• Ability to prioritize incidents, communicate with users and stakeholders, and ensure application stability
• Fluent English (C1) with good communication skills
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable

• Architect, design, and deliver solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
• Lead integrations between Power Platform and Microsoft services including Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and third-party systems
• Develop and maintain APIs, custom connectors, and application integrations
• Maintain and further develop existing Copilot Studio solutions
• Collaborate within a development team to create modern digital products
• Support and maintain production applications, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and communication with end users
• Manage support cases, resolve tickets, and ensure application stability and continuity
• Stay updated with emerging Power Platform features, Microsoft ecosystem advancements, and industry best practices
