• Minimum 12 years of experience in project management within the banking sector
• Experience with SAS Analytics and its applications in project management
• Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape in the banking sector
• Broad and comprehensive understanding of banking concepts and principles, with the ability to integrate multiple disciplines
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and driving project success
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex issues and making evaluative judgments based on qualitative and quantitative information
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Advanced level of English

• Leading the planning and execution of projects within the banking sector, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards
