Senior ServiceNow Developer (Public Sector)

The Polish branch, as the Global Delivery Center, operates in Katowice since 2007 and employs around 1,000 specialists. The company specializes in cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup, storage, networking, security, software development, data engineering, testing services, CRM, ITSM, and ERP platform integrations for clients mainly in Scandinavia, Benelux, France, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• Strong experience and deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to document processes and share knowledge effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally abroad and visit office in Katowice.

Nice to have:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-ITOM).
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, SLO, ITOM, or similar.
• French language skills at B2/C1 level.

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, primarily within the ITSM module.
• Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, catalog items, business rules, script includes, and other custom platform components.
• Implement new functionalities and enhancements in accordance with business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Review, optimize, and refactor custom code to ensure performance, maintainability, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases, including testing and validation activities.
• Monitor and maintain integrations and APIs to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and custom developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance platform functionality, performance, and user experience.
