IT Automation Tester

AVENGA is the employer contracting under Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ: 8448, with locations in Warszawa, Gdynia, and Gdańsk, Poland.

• 5+ years of hands-on test experience
• Knowledge of various file formats: XML, CSV, JSON
• Proficiency in Python and Robot Framework
• Basic knowledge of CI tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and GIT flow
• Understanding of Agile software development
• Experience working with databases (MSSQL) and creating SQL queries
• Basic experience with Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence)
• ISTQB Foundation certification is a plus
• Experience with Java-based testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber)
• Knowledge of HTTP protocols

• Plans, coordinates, controls, and ensures proper execution of testing activities following standards to secure high quality of deliveries
• Documents test results and assists with defect management
• Implements manual and automated test cases, including improvements to automation frameworks
• Creates and executes test cases as per project deadlines and reports progress using dedicated tools (Qtest)
• Provides testing support to resolve production issues
• Utilizes best practices with test tools
• Writes test cases for automated tests in Gherkin or other languages
• Collaborates with stakeholders and function leads to provide testing
• Analyzes requirements and creates test data, test environments, and services virtualization to enable proper test execution and increase test efficiency
