• 5+ years of experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) in enterprise environments.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Consultant.
• Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder with advanced use cases.
• Strong skills in SQL, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) to build scalable solutions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and data management best practices within Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to work directly with clients, lead technical discussions, and translate requirements to solutions.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Data 360, Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), and/or Marketing Cloud Next.

• Gather and analyze business requirements to create scalable solutions in Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Design, configure, and develop solutions using key modules like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Marketing Cloud Engagement and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write and optimize SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS scripts for complex marketing automation use cases.
• Monitor platform performance and maintain data quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to clients and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design and architectural decisions.
