Senior React.js Developer – Financial Technology

As a Senior React Developer based in Warsaw working in a hybrid model, you will work for a client who is a leader in enterprise-scale financial technology focused on delivering cutting-edge digital portals. The role involves building high-performance, user-centric front-end solutions aimed at enhancing usability and driving digital transformation in financial services.

• At least 5 years of frontend development experience, with over 6 years focused on React.js and enterprise application projects.
• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture patterns such as component-based design and state management (Redux, Context API).
• Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL API integration and familiarity with design tools like Figma.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience optimizing for cross-browser compatibility.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and micro frontend concepts (module federation) is a plus.
• Basic SQL/database knowledge is advantageous.

• Design and develop scalable front-end features using React.js, TypeScript, and modern tooling, ensuring compliance with the Citi Design System.
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries for consistent user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and performance-optimized interfaces.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and microservices to enable seamless data flow.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and sprint planning to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Troubleshoot UI issues and resolve defects to maintain high-quality output in production environments.
• Support automated testing procedures (unit and integration tests) to ensure robust, reliable code.
