Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m/x)

Our IT Operations Competence Center has over 700 specialists delivering IT services for more than 400,000 users across 3,200 locations worldwide. The role is part of a strategic project focused on reliability, scalability, and automation of cloud-based production environments.

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions used in large-scale systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with GitOps methodologies and tools such as Argo CD.
• Scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work hybrid with minimum 6 days per month from Kraków office.
• Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, and Datalog.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, and ITIL is an advantage.
• Advanced English (C1).

• Ensure the stability, performance, and continuous availability of production environments and business-critical services.
• Support the adoption of Site Reliability Engineering practices, including observability, incident management, and service reliability metrics.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize containerized solutions running on Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Enhance and support CI/CD processes to improve software delivery efficiency and reliability.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate and reduce manual operational effort.
• Collaborate with engineering, testing, and operations teams to identify improvements and resolve technical challenges.
• Participate in incident troubleshooting and on-call duties.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and post-incident analysis.
