Technology Architect

The role is within the Operations division that advances clients on a journey to intelligent operations through the SynOps operating engine.

• 12+ years in technology delivery with experience in multi-platform SI programs.
• Hands-on expertise in at least three: ServiceNow (platform configuration, workflows), Blue Prism RPA (process design, orchestration), REST/SOAP API design, Sisense or equivalent BI platform.
• Proven integration architecture skills including API contract definition and data flow management.
• Experience working under an Enterprise Architect within architectural frameworks.
• Strong technical governance skills including design reviews, standards enforcement, and configuration management.
• Onsite availability for client presence.

Strong Advantage:

• Certifications in ServiceNow (CIS, CAD or equivalent).
• Blue Prism Developer or Architect certification.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure technical design.
• Banking or Financial Services SI background.
• Experience with Sisense data architecture and governance.

Technical Design & Platform Architecture:

• Own technical design across ServiceNow, Blue Prism RPA, BOT orchestration, APIs, and Sisense.
• Define and govern data models, workflow logic, integration contracts, automation architecture, and reporting layers.
• Maintain design consistency and own technical documentation.
• Escalate platform constraints requiring enterprise architecture decisions.

Integration Architecture:

• Own integration architecture and data flows across platform boundaries.
• Define API contracts and integration specifications.
• Govern integration across Accenture-managed and client-hosted infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts early.
• Manage BOT-to-platform integration techniques.

Technical Governance & Standards:

• Define and enforce coding standards, naming conventions, error handling, logging, and security baselines.
• Conduct structured technical design reviews.
• Identify and manage technical debt.
• Govern configuration management and version control.
• Serve as technical authority for delivery teams.

Hybrid Infrastructure Technical Ownership:

• Own technical design of hybrid infrastructure across Accenture and client environments.
• Define environment architecture for DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD.
• Govern environment setup and release promotion.
• Manage dependencies and coordinate with client technical teams.

Delivery Team Technical Support:

• Provide technical guidance to ServiceNow, RPA, API, and Sisense teams.
• Review technical outputs and raise deviations.
• Support test design and defect analysis.
• Contribute to go-live readiness and monitoring design.

Client & Stakeholder Technical Engagement:

• Engage with client architects and teams as primary technical contact.
• Translate technical design for non-technical stakeholders.
• Represent technical design in client governance forums.

Onsite availability is required; the role requires client-side presence as the embedded technical authority.
