• 1–4+ years of experience in event delivery and/or marketing project management.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Presentation delivery skills and ability to support live program execution.
• Experience with audience segmentation and customer journey mapping.
• Hands-on experience in event experience management, planning, and production.
• Capability in content curation, creative development, planning, and distribution.
• Effective written communication for marketing and communications deliverables including B2B marketing.
• Understanding of brand alignment and best practices in visual, digital experience, and communications.
• Preferred higher degree in IT, Data Science, Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, or Data Analytics.
• At least one year of hands-on data analysis experience for analyst role.
• Expertise or background in Life Science, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Solid understanding of data and artificial intelligence for business transformation.
• Skilled in data analysis, data quality management, and data product design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convert complex data concepts into straightforward requirements.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python.
• Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; experience with Veeva Systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with requirement engineering tools like Jira, Confluence, and Lucid or comparable platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum, and product management tools.

Nice to have:

• Interest in learning and applying GenAI, Agentic AI for use cases like drug discovery acceleration and regulatory automation.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, data product creation, and system integration patterns.

• Provide execution support for ecosystem program activities, including project management coordination, scheduling, asset trafficking, and data quality management to support value tracking.
• Manage logistics for ecosystem programs and events, including speaker invites, calendars, travel, registration setup, communications distribution, and day-of operations such as room moderation, check-in, troubleshooting, and live execution support.
• Maintain project milestones, including status tracking, action logs, version control, approvals routing, and readiness documentation.
• Support measurement readiness and reporting, including tagging support, lead routing, attendance reporting, and data accuracy.
• Support partner awards and rankings programs by coordinating timelines, inputs, and deliverables.
