Wymagania
- Minimum 8 years in technology delivery with at least 4 years leading AI or advanced analytics initiatives from strategy to production.
- Experience delivering AI use cases in financial services or banking, familiar with regulatory and data sensitivity requirements.
- Technical knowledge of LLM capabilities, retrieval-augmented generation, classification and extraction models, prompt engineering, and API-based AI integration.
- Experience governing AI delivery through others, setting standards, reviewing outputs, and enforcing quality gates.
- Proven track record in business case development and value realization for AI initiatives.
- Fluent English at minimum C1 level, with Dutch as a plus.
- Experience in regulated delivery environments with understanding of responsible AI, explainability, and human oversight.
- Comfortable in system integrator program structures with stage gates and multi-party delivery.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25-30%.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with EU AI Act classification and compliance for high-risk banking use cases.
- Experience with Mistral AI or equivalent enterprise AI platforms in regulated contexts.
- Prior delivery of NLP or document intelligence use cases relevant to banking operations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities in enterprise contexts.
Obowiązki
- Define and own the Intelli Ops AI use case roadmap, identifying and prioritizing AI opportunities across various workstreams.
- Lead use case discovery with client business stakeholders through structured workshops.
- Own the AI delivery lifecycle from feasibility and solution design through testing and production deployment.
- Govern AI build quality by reviewing model selection, prompt engineering, data pipeline design, and integration architecture.
- Define and maintain AI governance frameworks including responsible AI principles, bias controls, and explainability requirements.
- Act as the primary AI interface to clients, presenting business cases, progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Manage relationships with AI vendors and platform providers, negotiate scope, and ensure delivery accountability.
- Track and report AI program value, delivery status, and risk posture.
