Project Manager IT

apreel Sp. z o.o. engages in IT project management, including long-term and complex projects primarily in the ICT domain such as infrastructure, security, performance, testing, and deployments.

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex and long-term IT projects as a Project Manager.
• Comprehensive management of IT projects across the full product lifecycle from discovery, estimation, and planning to implementation, further development, and maintenance.
• Practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient use of Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and budgets in technology projects.
• Strong responsibility and consistency in achieving goals.
• Fluent English language skills for business communication (mandatory).
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, and SAFe Agile.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Experience leading transformation projects.

• Responsibility for the ICT project OLIMP domain covering infrastructure, environments, security, performance, testing, and deployments.
• Management of an interdisciplinary team including test managers, release managers, devops, infrastructure architects, security, and performance specialists.
• Coordination of preparation and development of development, integration, testing, and production environments.
• Coordination of acceptance, performance, and security testing.
• Responsibility for preparation and execution of production deployments.
• Preparation and handover of new systems for maintenance.
• Planning work, monitoring progress, and managing risks, budget, and schedule.
