Senior Data Analyst

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience working with complex business and technical requirements
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, data quality, data governance and data hygiene activities
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of features, tasks and user stories, and drive them to completion
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating with business users and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Understanding of Big Data ecosystems and modern data platforms
• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and CI/CD practices
• Banking or financial services domain knowledge is a strong advantage
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies and ask the right questions to drive solution development

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions
• Work closely with Data Products and contribute to building common capabilities within the data ecosystem
• Gather, analyze and translate complex business requirements into actionable features and user stories
• Design and shape advanced solutions in the areas of data, analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and expected outcomes
• Manage delivery dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units
• Ensure data quality, data consistency and support data-driven decision-making processes
• Work as an integral part of a cross-functional Agile team, taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
