Sr Test Automation Engineer

This role is offered by Harvey Nash Technology for an international company in the financial sector. The position is a B2B contract lasting 12 months with probable extension, working in hybrid mode in Warsaw.

• 5+ years of experience in software testing
• In-depth knowledge of test automation
• Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• Experience in API testing tools like Postman
• Some experience with Java or C#/.Net, and some with JavaScript (scripting experience or code reading)
• Some experience with CI/CD and containerisation
• Fluent in English
• Allowed to run a company in Poland

Nice to have:

• Performance testing
• Experience in financial / fintech sector

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites at UI and API level
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers to identify test coverage gaps and edge cases early
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and defects
• Maintain test data management and environment stability for automated tests
• Test reporting
