Senior KYC & Onboarding Business Analyst – Financial Services

The role is for a client of ITDS, a leader in Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), focusing on transforming client onboarding and KYC activities through cutting-edge in-house solutions, operating in the financial services industry.

• 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, KYC processes, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) within financial services.
• Strong expertise in analyzing complex processes and documenting user stories, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with global projects and diverse stakeholder teams.
• Knowledge of data integration development in customer onboarding scenarios.
• Excellent professional English for communication, presentation, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven ability to work closely with software engineers and in manual testing environments.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of development best practices and Agile methodologies.

• Analyze, evaluate, and document OBKYC (onboarding and KYC) requirements with CIB Client Services and Client Lifecycle Management.
• Manage implementation of onboarding and KYC renewal solutions, including application forms and data integrations.
• Document business processes and IT workflows to support development initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide expert support on onboarding and KYC solution and product queries.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver tailored technical solutions aligned with global business needs.
• Identify risks, report issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.
• Contribute to team environment, mentoring junior BA or engineering members.
• Foster cross-region collaboration to promote teamwork and shared success.
