Mid-Level Java Developer – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Solutions

The position is for a Kraków-based role at ITDS, supporting a leading global banking and financial services organization. The developer will contribute to enhancing HSBC's public websites and campaign messaging platforms, focusing on digital infrastructure modernization.

• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong Java development skills and good understanding of the AEM ecosystem.
• Experience with Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
• Proficiency in REST services, JUnit / AEM Mocks, Maven, Git, and SonarQube.
• Frontend knowledge including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Additional certifications related to AEM or Java development.
• Experience with AI integration or related technologies (optional).

• Develop and implement high-quality services based on Adobe Experience Manager for HSBC’s web presence.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable digital solutions utilizing the AEM technology stack.
• Lead migration and modernization efforts for existing functionalities onto OSGi-based architecture.
• Leverage Sling and JCR to deliver secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Support and enhance digital infrastructure with a focus on performance and security.
• Contribute to code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
