IAM Integration Engineer (One Identity)

• Degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education and practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of One Identity or relevant target systems: SAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, host systems, and RACF.
• Ability to perform technical analysis of integration and connection scenarios.
• Capability to write clear and useful technical requirements documentation.
• Ability to define mappings, interface logic, and connection design as part of integration.
• Experience in IAM / IGA integrations in enterprise environments.
• Fluent English and Polish skills.
• Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office (1-2 times per week).

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance sector or similarly regulated environments.

• Technical analysis of connection requirements across relevant integration scenarios for One Identity.
• Defining mappings, interface logic, and connection design and documenting technical requirements for implementation.
• Working in a detailed and implementation-oriented way across relevant target systems including SAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, host systems, and RACF.
