UX Reasarcher

Client: banking industry. Project: web and mobile application for bank customers, actively developed with new functionalities and improvements, including code refactoring and business enhancements.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting usability tests or user research.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to plan, execute, and analyze usability tests and formulate recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, or analytics teams.
• Ability to present research results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of User Centered Design principles.
• Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Agile project methodology.

• Plan and execute usability tests to validate designed processes and screens with users.
• Support production teams in evaluating and validating design solutions.
• Verify compliance of designed solutions with user data and business assumptions before implementation.
• Analyze the efficiency of implemented solutions based on product data and identify risks and areas for further optimization.
• Develop recommendations for designed UX/UI paths and screens as well as content based on behavioral data about user behaviors and needs.
• Create and maintain artifacts supporting the development of digital products, including user models, process maps, user journeys, and user flows.

Location: remote work with occasional team meetings in the Warsaw office.
