Senior AI Research Scientist – Financial Industry

This position is for a Warsaw-based role with a leading global investment bank, focusing on AI research in financial services. The team works on pioneering AI solutions including natural language processing, deep learning, and time series analysis.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML research and engineering within industry.
• Proven expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with natural language processing, deep learning, and time series analysis in high-stakes environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial markets, including equities or fixed income.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or active community participation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, or scalable ML infrastructure.

• Lead the development and deployment of innovative AI/ML models tailored for financial applications.
• Collaborate across teams to implement scalable AI solutions in complex, real-world environments.
• Drive research initiatives to advance natural language processing, deep learning, and information retrieval capabilities.
