Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, building, integrating, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The candidate should have practical delivery experience with AI-powered agents and conversational solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem and be able to integrate Copilot Studio with enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and external data sources.

• Hands-on commercial experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Proven experience building and deploying Copilot Studio agents / copilots
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Practical experience with Power Automate
• Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with APIs, connectors, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or other enterprise systems
• Understanding of conversational AI and AI agent design
• Experience working with generative AI solutions
• Understanding of prompt design / prompt engineering concepts
• Experience working with business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Experience delivering production-ready solutions rather than only prototypes or demonstrations

• Design, build, configure, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop AI agents and conversational AI solutions supporting business processes and end users
• Create and configure topics, actions, workflows, knowledge sources, prompts, and agent behaviour
• Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external applications, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Build automation workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate
• Connect AI agents to enterprise data and knowledge sources
• Work with Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft AI technologies
• Design solutions leveraging generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Configure authentication, connectors, permissions, security, and access to enterprise data
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimisation of Copilot solutions
• Work with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional AI solutions
• Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions
• Document implemented solutions, integrations, workflows, and configuration
• Support transition of solutions from proof-of-concept into production environments
