Marketing Analyst, Ads Marketing, EMEA

Google operates in the marketing sector, focusing on ads marketing and analytics supporting global and regional marketing programs, especially in EMEA. The role is related to data-driven marketing initiatives involving collaboration across marketing, product management, analytics, and engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Quantitative experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
• Experience with SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience driving change or optimization based on quantitative analyses.
• Experience coding for analytics and statistics, for example in Python or R.
• Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing function or agency.
• Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline workflows.
• Ability to present complex analysis results compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Identify and size opportunities to reach new and existing customers.
• Drive data-led marketing execution, delivering cost-effective growth or adoption.
• Communicate recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide independent advice to leadership on how to improve performance and efficiency.
