Technical Leader/ Architect

The position involves work within the insurance domain, specifically with experience in claims processing systems and distributed microservice architectures.

• Knowledge and experience in insurance domain, preferably claims, for at least 2 years
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and overseeing system architecture
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring
• Ability to create scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed architectures
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and automation
• Ability to conduct code reviews, mentoring, and architectural workshops
• Experience co-creating technology roadmaps and assessing risks
• Practical experience with end-to-end observability
• Practical knowledge of API governance
• Practical knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design)
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• English language proficiency minimum level B2

• Designing a new insurance claims system and documenting system architecture
• Building the system from scratch using distributed microservice architecture (agentic coding)
• Participating in feasibility analyses and defining development assumptions
• Defining the development direction of the system and maintaining technology standards
• Estimating development and architectural effort and resource requirements
• Assigning developer tasks, supervising implementation, reviewing code, and creating technical documentation
• Ensuring operational and security requirements are met in delivered solutions
• Providing development support during implementation and stabilization phases
